个人简介
万善宏，1981年5月出生，河北邱县人。2010年中科院兰州化学物理研究所获理学博士学位，同年进入兰州化学物理研究所固体润滑国家重点实验室，从事发动机用关键部件表面涂层/薄膜材料制备及其摩擦学性能研究工作。2014年4月澳大利亚伍伦贡大学信息与工程科学系高级访问学者、博士后研究员，从事金属成型的高温摩擦学研究工作。2019年10月全职回国，任中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所固体润滑国家重点实验室研究员，主要从事高温强耦合工况机械表界面损伤失效及其延寿技术的研究。承担并完成多项自然科学基金、企业委托项目。 研究方向： 1.金属-陶瓷复合材料强韧化设计及其抗损伤行为； 2.高温摩擦表面能量耗散作用机理与功能界面设计； 3.摩擦表界面热管理与摩擦磨损内在交互作用机制；
