Triboelectric sensors are widely used in many fields such as electronic skin, self-powered sensing and human–computer interaction due to the characteristics of low-cost and lightweight, but the sensitivity and durability greatly limit to the development of its scale and commercialization. Herein, we propose a triboelectric sensor (HSDTS) with a highly sensitive and durable through simultaneously tuning the surface morphology and functional groups on negative/positive tribolayers, which is mainly composed of amino gelatin with porous structure as positive material and fluorinated MXene with scale morphology as negative materials. The HSDTS exhibits excellent sensitivity (1.06 V kPa−1) because of the porous and scale structure and abundant functional groups, which is 3–100 times higher than previous related research. Besides, due to the good soft of the prepared triboelectric material, the prepared HSDTS has good wear and durability. It can maintain initial stable performance after the 6 months and 10,000 cycles of testing. Our findings provide an important method for promoting the practical application of triboelectric sensors.
