【英文摘要】Study on technology innovation of large and medium-sized enterprises were conducted, including comprehensive analysis on current situation, character, impetus of technology innovation, behavior and implement, relative social environment. The study could provide new theory, advice on policy and administrant means for deepening reform and strengthening innovation of large and medium-sized enterprises. The study could also establish good base for deeper research on theory of technology innovation of our nation.
