【中文摘要】通过设计稀土配合物的分子结构,合成了二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸稀土配合物等二十三个配合物,研究了其作为润滑油脂或水添加剂的摩擦学性能和润滑作用机理;用有机物修饰纳米微粒的方法解决了无机稀土化合物在润滑油中的稳定分散问题,并对其润滑性能和作用机理进行了研究;系统、深入地研究了稀土氟化物在润滑脂中的摩擦学性能,并将实验结果与稀土氟化物的电子结构、键参数以及热力学参数进行了关联;研究了铈离子注入对GCr15轴承钢、氧化铈对镍基火焰喷涂层、Fe-Mo-S铸造合金耐磨性能的影响及其作用机制;开展了含稀土氟化物高温自润滑复合材料摩擦学性能的研究。在国内外已表发论文12篇。其中SCI收录6篇、EI收录5篇;申报国家专利3项。获中国科学院自然科学三等奖一项。鉴定成果一项。 【英文摘要】There are 23 dialkyldithiocarbmate rare earth complexes were synthesized through designing of molecule structure of rare earth complexes. Tribological properties and lubrication mechanism of these complexes as additive of lubricating grease or water were investigated. These complexes were stably dispersed in lubricating oil by modification using organic compound. Lubrication properties and mechanism of the dispersed complexes in lubricating oil were investigated. Tribological properties of rare earth fluoride in lubricating grease were deeply studied and associated with electron struture, bond and thermodynamics parameter of the rare earth fluoride. Effect of injecting of Ce ion on GCr15 steel, Cerium oxide to Ni based flame spray coating and Fe-Mo-S alloy on antiwear properties were investigated. Study on tribological properties of self-lubricating rare earth fluoride compoistes were conducted.
